COMICS: THE ACID BATH CASE
The longest comic strip I've done so far is The Acid Bath Case, written by Stephen Walsh and published by Kitchen Sink Press in 1992. A 48 page book, work on this grimly humorous, morbidly paranoid tale stretched over three years.
The book was nominated for a Harvey award in 1993.
Kitchen Sink Press have since gone out of business, but you can still find copies of the book on amazon.com.
